From a young age, I was a natural athlete and excelled in both cross-country and diving. I was even recruited by numerous universities for these sports. However, my true passion for fitness and training led me to become a Division 1 NCAA Diver at West Virginia University. It was during my time there that I was first introduced to the world of elite and cutting-edge resistance training. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training side-by-side with some of the best trainers and physical therapists in the industry.

Whether you’re a beginner stepping into the gym for the first time or an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level, I believe that form and core stability are crucial elements that should never be overlooked. By conducting a thorough assessment to identify any injuries or imbalances, we can ensure that your body is properly conditioned for endurance and stability. Once we achieve this foundation, we can then create a training program that is specifically tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Geology – West Virginia University
  • NESTA, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer
  • Former NCAA Division 1 Diver – West Virginia University
  • American Red Cross CPR and AED Certified
