How often
should I train?

It varies depending on your goals.  Some people work with a trainer once per week for inspiration and motivation.  Others work with a trainer 3 times per week for consistency and goal achievement. Once you have had a consultation, your trainer will be able to assess how often you should train in order to accomplish your goal or ideal lifestyle.

We’ll help you choose a trainer who is passionate about what matters to you.  This will enhance your experience! All of our trainers have unique specialties, talents, and personalities, but you can rest assured that they all have national certifications and years of experience. As a member, you may enjoy a complimentary session with any of our trainers to make sure that we optimize your experience.

Why should I work
with a trainer?

There are many good reasons to work with a certified fitness coach.  Reasons range from motivation, inspiration, education, commitment, connection, friendship, and most importantly having an expert guide you to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Under the guidance of an expert trainer, it will be less about adapting after the fact to the periodic plateaus we all face, and more about anticipating these obstacles and getting out in front of them to allow you to climb right over or right through them.

How can anyone benefit from personal training?

One of core tenets here is that we are all changing and growing and capable of evolving every second of every day. The person you are today is not the person you will be 6 months from now, and your trainer will need to adapt the emphasis and strategies you need to continue to have success in your fitness journey. The workouts you used to do can be effective and foundational, but sticking with the exact same workout day after day can lead to a lack of change, boredom, and a reduction in strength, cardiovascular, or mobility gains.
